KRA for Desktop Engineer
● Expertise in handling & maintaining Desktops & Printers.
● Provide on-site and remote technical assistance
● Handling hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless business operations
● Repairing or replacing components, such as memory (RAM), hard drives, or peripherals, to maintain optimal performance.
● Ability to analyse error messages and system logs to identify root causes.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
