Role Purpose:
Manage overdue SME loan accounts (Bucket 3–5), recover outstanding dues, reduce delinquency, and maintain customer relationships while following company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Handle SME loan accounts in Bucket 3 to Bucket 5 (approximately 90–180+ DPD, depending on company policy).
Visit customers regularly for collection and recovery. Negotiate repayment plans and resolve overdue cases.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets. Update visit remarks and collection status in the company application.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for account resolution. Identify skip customers and trace their current address/contact details.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and Bajaj Finance collection policies. Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the Reporting Manager.
Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 6 months to 2+ years of experience in collections/recovery,
preferably in NBFC or Banking.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is generally preferred.
Good communication,
