Job Description:
Travel operations executive is required to work on booking and reservation via emails and portals; coordinate with hotels and travel package suppliers worldwide, hotel reservation, reconfirmation, cancellations, solving queries and issues faced by travellers before trip, assisting sales consultants etc.
Work closely with the sales team and process the bookings for customers' travel itineraries & send them to international tour suppliers.
- Handling operations for on-going tours. Assist with Customer support team for On-Trip Customer Support & Assistance.
- Coordinating with the ground operations team in different countries.
- Answering Calls / Coordinating via WhatsApp with Suppliers and service Providers.
- Keeping track of customer documentations & payments.
- Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service. Google & FB reviews.
- Follow the set SLA and guidelines.
Required Candidate Profile
Prefer Candidates from Tours, Travels or Hospitality background ( in Hotel reservation / Front desk in well-renowned properties )
Any Bachelor's degree program is okay. Advantage Bachelors in Tourism
Proficient in English & Tamil. If you know Hindi, it's a bonus.
Knowledge of the Flight and Aviation industry.
Mail Communication & Mail Drafting.
Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information.
Ability to work as part of a team
Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task
Good skills in Google/Microsoft tools like sheet, drive, docs etc.
Working hours of 9 hours per day ( 10 AM - 7 PM )
6 days working. ( Monday to Saturday )
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
