Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Support production planning and scheduling activities.
- Record and analyze production data, downtime, and process parameters.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatRequired Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Understanding of quality control tools and techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
