Job Title: Chat Process Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented fresh graduates to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls and chats with international customers, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via voice calls or chat (inbound/outbound)
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
- Meet quality benchmarks and performance targets (KPIs)
- Document call details and update CRM systems
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills)
- Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
