Netcraftz EduTech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Shadow Trainers – Computer Networks to support academic training programs for Engineering students. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor students during classroom and lab sessions.
- Guide students through practical exercises and lab activities.
- Clarify students' technical doubts related to Computer Networks.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective class management.
- Assist the lead trainer in the smooth execution of training sessions.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech graduates (Freshers are preferred).
- Strong subject knowledge in Computer Networks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.
- Ability to support offline classroom training.
Batch Duration: Approximately 5 months (Academic Batch)
