Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The candidate should have knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms to streamline marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and brand awareness.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies using analytics tools.
Website & SEO:
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, search visibility, and link-building strategies.
- Track website traffic and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Social Media Marketing (SMO):
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, blogs, marketing materials, and product descriptions.
- Design and prepare company presentations, brochures, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with existing clients.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns for product updates, promotions, and customer engagement.
CRM & ERP Management:
- Manage and update CRM systems for lead tracking, client database management, and sales funnel monitoring.
- Coordinate with the operations team to integrate marketing activities with ERP systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO, and digital advertising.
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms (such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Proficiency in presentation tools, marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms.
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary: ₹2,20,000 – ₹2,50,000 annually (based on experience and skills)
- Performance Incentives: Quarterly performance-based incentives linked to marketing outcomes and business growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
