Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in/check-out.
- Attend guest queries and reservations.
- Answer calls and maintain records.
- Coordinate with hotel staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel Receptionist.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
