We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager – Roadside Assistance (RSA) to oversee automotive sales, vendor partnerships, and service delivery operations across an assigned region. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in automotive sales, regional operations, roadside assistance, or a related automotive services environment.
This role will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and expanding vendor partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Regional Manager will work closely with internal teams, automotive dealerships, service partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless RSA operations and strong commercial performance.
- Drive automotive sales and business development initiatives across the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, OEMs, fleet operators, insurance partners, and other relevant business stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional customer and partner network.
- Manage existing vendor partners, including onboarding, performance monitoring, commercial discussions, and relationship management.
- Establish clear performance expectations and service-level standards for RSA vendors and ensure consistent adherence.
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs such as response time, service quality, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure effective RSA service coverage and availability across the region.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational escalations and customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze regional sales and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce service delays, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support pricing, negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions with vendors and business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and partner meetings to understand regional requirements and competitive trends.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, vendor performance, service delivery, customer feedback, and regional business growth.
1. Automotive Sales
- Strong understanding of automotive sales and business development.
- Proven ability to manage regional sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience working with automotive dealerships, OEMs, fleet businesses, or automotive service organizations.
2. Vendor Partners
- Strong vendor management and partner relationship skills.
- Experience in vendor onboarding, negotiations, performance management, and SLA/KPI monitoring.
- Ability to build long-term partnerships while maintaining commercial and operational standards.
1. RSA Service
- Understanding of Roadside Assistance (RSA) operations and automotive breakdown assistance.
- Familiarity with towing, battery assistance, puncture support, fuel delivery, vehicle recovery, and related services.
2. Service Delivery
- Experience managing service delivery operations and improving turnaround times.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, escalation management, and operational KPIs.
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in automotive sales, RSA, automotive services, vendor management, or regional operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
