B.Sc/M.Sc. Lifesciences/ Chemistry or Bpharm Mpharm related subjects
The candidate should be capable of managing the following work responsibilities
- Conduct practical hands-on training sessions on analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, Karl Fischer Titrator, and other laboratory instruments.
- Demonstrate the principles, operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Train students and professionals in sample preparation, instrument operation, data acquisition, interpretation, and troubleshooting.
- Supervise trainees during laboratory experiments and ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GLP, GMP, and good documentation practices (ALCOA+).
- Perform routine calibration, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain instrument logbooks, calibration records, maintenance records, and training documentation.
- Assist in analytical method development, method validation, and routine sample analysis when required.
- Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, assignments, and competency tests.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safe operation of the laboratory.
- Support workshops, internships, industrial visits, seminars, and skill development programs conducted by the organization.
- Keep updated with advancements in analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques and incorporate best practices into training.
