Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execution & Supervision: Managing daily construction activities, including RCC, structural, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Quality Control (QC): Implementing QC procedures, conducting inspections, reviewing test reports, and ensuring materials meet standards.
- Technical Coordination: Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to guide construction and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining daily progress reports, site diaries, and quality records.
- Resource Management: Coordinating with subcontractors and managing material usage efficiently.
- Safety Adherence: Ensuring all personnel follow safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Technical Standards: Strong understanding of IS codes, structural drawings, and material specifications.
- Site Management: Experience in supervising construction activities and managing labor.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
- Communication: Ability to liaise with contractors, consultants, and management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
