Role Overview:
To ensure on-time, accurate, and cost-effective dispatch of ecommerce orders, managing packing, handover to couriers, POD tracking, and exception handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily picking, packing, labeling, and handover to logistics partners.
- Ensure order accuracy (right SKU, quantity, packaging, documents) before dispatch.
- Monitor courier SLAs, pickup schedules, and NDR (non-delivery report) closures.
- Track PODs, RTOs, and lost/damaged shipments; coordinate with courier and customer support.
- Maintain dispatch logs, AWB records, and daily MIS for shipments and exceptions.
- Manage packing material inventory and optimize packaging cost per order.
- Enforce SOPs for quality checks, fragile handling, and high-value item dispatch.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
