AG Solutions is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily branch operations, lead our frontline teams, and drive growth in the educational sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent team management skills, a strong background in educational sales/admissions, and exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Executives and Telecalling Executives to ensure targets are met.
Admissions & Sales Management: Oversee the complete student enrollment cycle, drive sales strategies, and optimize conversion rates.
Student & Parent Counseling: Provide expert guidance and counseling to prospective students and parents regarding educational programs.
Operations & Team Handling: Monitor daily calling trackers, field marketing reports, and overall office administration.
Performance Tracking: Set daily/weekly targets for the team, conduct review meetings, and motivate staff to achieve milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree in any stream.
Experience: Proven experience or deep knowledge in the Educational Sector (Admissions, Career Counseling, or Institutional Sales).
Key Skills:
Strong team handling and team management capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills.
Fluency in communication (English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred).
Goal-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
