Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media management, content creation, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation. Experience or exposure to WhatsApp Business API integration will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Work towards increasing reach, engagement, and conversions.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, and stories.
- Manage audience engagement through comments and messages.
Website & SEO
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.
- Update website pages, blogs, and landing page content.
- Assist with basic on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, and marketing content.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creative assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Share actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Support email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp communication.
- Manage contact databases and monitor engagement metrics.
WhatsApp API Integration
- Assist in setting up WhatsApp Business API campaigns and automation workflows.
- Create message templates and broadcast flows.
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth implementation and tracking.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, paid ads, and SEO.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business API is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
