- Generate leads through field visits, local marketing activities, referrals, and networking.
- Identify potential customers interested in selling gold and explain the company's services.
- Conduct market visits and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and local business partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Effective lobby management i.e. Responsible to attending walk -in clients at Branches.
- Extending courteous support to all walk-in customers and educating them about the product & services company offers.
- Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewelers as per company norms. Ensuring proper KYC Verification & Valuation..
- Appraise availability of cash position at the Branch and inform the requirements to the Manager.
- Verification of daily cash balance.
- Effective handling of CRM software and ensuring all KYC entries in the same.
- Ensuring following of all procedures & policies as per laid down by the organization.
- Responsible for completion of all Accounts related works in the branch. Maintenance of Important formats & documents like Gold Purchase/ Vault/Key Movement / Safe Custody.
- Responsible for safe guarding Cash, Gold and other valuables in the branch
- Responsible for winning back old customers and ensuring that customer portfolio of the branch is maintained and enhanced.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
