Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement inventory planning and forecasting processes to ensure optimum stock levels across all channels.
- Ensure efficient cold chain management and compliance to maintain product quality and minimize spoilage.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Q-Commerce, Retail, and HoReCa teams to align supply planning with business requirements.
- Manage warehousing operations, inventory controls, and stock movements to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Monitor stock availability across distributors, warehouses, dark stores, retail outlets, and institutional channels.
- Drive initiatives to reduce inventory losses, wastage, damages, and supply chain costs.
- Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, service levels, and operational performance metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and cold storage requirements throughout the supply chain.
- Prepare supply forecasts, inventory reports, and performance reviews for management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Warehousing, and Distribution Management.
- Strong understanding of cold chain operations and temperature-controlled logistics.
- Experience in Ice Cream, Frozen Foods, Dairy, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing industries.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers, warehouse operations, and transportation vendors.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and operational leadership capabilities.
Special Requirement
- Mandatory experience in handling frozen products and cold chain distribution.
- Experience managing supply chain operations across Retail, HoReCa, Modern Trade, and Q-Commerce channels will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
