Role : Sr. MEP Engineer(For Construction Project)
Location : Bangalore, Bidadi
Experience : 10 to 12 years
Immediate Joiners are preferred with strong" Electrical Background".
Roles and Responsibility:
Execution & Supervision: Oversee MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV systems) ensuring compliance with approved plans and schedules.
Coordination & Contractor Management: Collaborate with teams, consultants, and contractors for seamless integration and issue resolution.
Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Planning, Testing & Commissioning: Track progress, update schedules, and coordinate testing and handover.
Billing, Cost & Documentation: Verify bills, track costs, and maintain records.
Snagging & Handover: Address MEP-related issues and support project handover.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 10-12 years' experience in MEP execution for Industrial/ Factory /PEB structurs projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and drawing interpretation.
- Advanced project planning and MS Excel skills.
Preferred Profile:
PMC/Client-side MEP experience(Must).
Mixed-project exposure.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Indian construction practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
