Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building relationships with vendors, and identifying suitable project opportunities for consultants in the US market.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding project opportunities and submissions.
- Negotiate rates and close placements.
- Track consultant submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Regularly update consultant profiles and availability status.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding open requirements.
- Maintain reports and records of daily activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of US Staffing and Bench Sales is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email Communication, and LinkedIn.

Pay: ₹10,097.36 - ₹42,403.47 per month
