We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead global supplier sourcing and procurement for precision-engineered components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience identifying, evaluating, and developing manufacturers across India, China, and Taiwan while driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
This role requires strong technical sourcing knowledge, supplier development expertise, and excellent commercial negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers across India, China, and Taiwan.
- Source precision-engineered components from manufacturers specializing in various manufacturing processes.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, tooling costs, lead times, and long-term supply agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production capacity.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams on new product sourcing and supplier development.
- Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and supplier capabilities.

- Experience sourcing industrial, engineering, automotive, electrical, or OEM components.
- Excellent supplier negotiation and cost analysis skills.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits and audits when required.
