Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the school curriculum.
- Teach core subjects effectively using activity-based learning methods.
- Maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching records.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, projects, and exams.
- Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, and numeracy skills.
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Encourage good manners, hygiene, and positive behaviour.
- Create a child-friendly and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Identify students’ learning needs and provide additional support when required.
- Encourage creativity, participation, and confidence among students.
- Monitor students’ academic and emotional progress.
- Motivate students to participate in co-curricular and classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Inform parents about homework, assessments, and school activities.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism.
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Be caring, patient, and approachable with students and parents.
