Job Summary
The Primary Teacher (D.Ed.) is responsible for providing quality education to primary school students by delivering engaging lessons, fostering holistic development, and creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. The teacher is expected to support students' academic, social, emotional, and moral growth while adhering to the school's curriculum and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach subjects assigned for primary classes using age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Create an engaging and student-centered learning environment.
- Assess students' academic performance through classwork, homework, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance registers, student records, and progress reports.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial instruction where necessary.
- Encourage good values, discipline, and positive behaviour among students.
- Integrate activity-based and experiential learning into classroom teaching.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students' progress with parents.
- Prepare teaching aids and learning materials to enhance classroom instruction.
- Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and effective classroom management.
- Participate in school assemblies, cultural programmes, educational tours, and other school activities.
- Assist in examinations, admissions, and other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.
- Attend staff meetings, training programmes, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Follow all school policies, CBSE/State Board guidelines, and child protection policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
- Eligibility as per State Government/School Education Department norms (TET qualification preferred where applicable).
- Relevant teaching experience is desirable.

Other Duties
Perform any additional academic, co-curricular, or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Principal or School Management from time to time.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
