Experience:

English/Telugu speaking must ,Its Better if he can speak Hindi also.
Candidate should possess excellent knowledge of UCP 600.
Working knowledge of incoterms shipping / freighting.

Logistic and dispatch planning.
Export procedures and documentation.
Export incentives.
Inspection Certificates.
Interactions with Government official from Customs, Inspection Agencies, DGFT.
Co-ordination with all departments for on time delivery.
Co-ordination with customers and for timely support.
Co-ordination with CHA, Shipping lines, Freight forwarders.
Monitoring applications for Export incentive schemes.
Payment processing of freight bills of forwarders.
BL approval for Export and Import shipments.
Co-ordination with clearing agent for timely clearance of cargo.
Co-ordination with shipping line for less transit time, ETA & ETD.
Co-ordination with plant for export shipments.
Negotiating freight rates for sea.
Comparison statement for freight rates showing cost saving in freight rates.
