Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design and product design.
The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, understand what appeals to both children and parents, and be able to translate ideas into visually compelling products. Experience in the toy industry or children’s products is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Packaging Design
- Conceptualize and design innovative, shelf-ready packaging for toys.
- Create packaging that is visually appealing, premium, and optimized for both retail and e-commerce.
- Prepare dielines, print files, and production-ready artwork.
- Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
Product Design
- Contribute to the visual design of toys, including colors, graphics, themes, and characters.
- Develop unique and playful design concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Work on product aesthetics such as textures, patterns, and finishes.
- Apply understanding of child psychology to design products for different age groups.
Branding & Creative Direction
- Maintain consistency across product, packaging, and marketing visuals.
- Create design systems for new product lines and collections.
- Support brand storytelling through visual design elements.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of packaging dielines and ability to create or modify them.
- Knowledge of packaging structures and print production processes.
- Understanding of colors, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to create designs that are both playful and premium.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creativity.
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Prior experience in toys, kids’ products, FMCG, or packaging design is preferred.

- Location: Near Yashoda Hospitals Hitec City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-time
