Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications, including AI-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL, Python, APIs, Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, logging, and monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production applications and system performance.
- Troubleshoot application, API, and production issues.
- Analyze logs and identify root causes.
- Handle and resolve production support tickets and incidents.
- Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Support REST API integrations and troubleshoot API issues.
- Work with Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
- Coordinate with Development and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure application availability, stability, and performance.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
- SQL | Python | REST APIs | Cloud
- Docker | Kubernetes
- Application monitoring and log analysis.
- Troubleshooting and incident management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting AI/ML applications.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or similar tools.
- Linux/Unix and ITIL knowledge.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District)
