- Talent Acquisition: Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Mediate workplace conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, administer health insurance/perquisites, and conduct regular salary reviews.
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance appraisal systems, track KPIs, and identify training needs.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure organizational practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations
