Job Summary
Managing IT compliance standard, ensuring data accuracy for Asset Life Cycle Management (Forcasting, Procurement, Deployment, Utilization, Maintenance & Disposal) in Service Now managing full Asset Lifecycle. Designing, implementing and optimizing IT solution to meet specific business need. Developing and Implementing IT solution including Software, Hardware and Infrastructure. Analyzing business problem and proposing effective IT solutions. Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design interface mechanism between HAM and Change management/Incident Modules in Service Now. Over see Dev UAT and movement to production Managing Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes for potential integration with HAM. Recommended and embed best practice into solution design, focusing on scalability, automation and audit readiness. Define data quality checks and support reporting/visualization requirements for leadership and Stakeholders. Procurement for catalog, ordering and delivery alignment.
