Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience while meeting the organization's manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Understand hiring requirements with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and reduce offer dropouts.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and MIS reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, job fairs, and recruitment drives as required.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.
Required Skills

- Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
