About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented pharma graduates who are eager to start their career in medical underwriting. As a Trainee Underwriter, you will be trained to assess medical information, analyze risks, and make informed underwriting decisions as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records, lab reports, and health declarations.
- Assess medical and financial risks based on company underwriting guidelines.
- Support the senior underwriters in preparing reports and documentation.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.
- Collaborate with internal teams for case clarifications and approvals.
- Participate in training sessions to understand medical terminology, risk categories, and insurance policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Attention to detail with good decision-making ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven environment.
