Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-4 Years (Graduate engineer) or 5-6 years (Diploma engineer) in Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Oil and Gas Field
Knowledge/Skills: Exposure to Microsoft Word, Excel, Dyanamics NAV
Role & responsibilities
1. Procurement of Equipments such as SS Reactors, MSGL Reactors, Condensers, Pressure Vessels, AHU and HVAC System, Chilling/Brine Plants, Boiler, Transformers, Electrical Panels and Cables etc.as per project requirement.
2. Co-ordination between Engineering Team and Vendors for technical clarifications.
3. Floating enquires for procurement.
4. Follow up with vendors for getting quotes
5. Techno-Commercial Evaluation of offers received from vendors
6. Visiting to Vendors premises for vendor selection & evaluation
7. Co-ordination with Accounts Department to ensure vendor payments as per P.O. terms.
8. Follow up with vendors to ensure on time delivery of equipments.
9. To monitor manufacturing progress of ordered equipments
Preferred candidate profile
3-4 Years (Graduate engineer) or 5-6 years (Diploma engineer) in Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Oil and Gas Field
