Credifin Limited is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Collection Team Leader (MIS Department) to lead and manage the MIS team supporting collection operations. The ideal candidate should have strong team management, reporting, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the MIS team for collection operations
- Monitor daily collection reports and performance dashboards
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of MIS reports
- Analyze collection data and identify performance trends
- Coordinate with collection teams to support operational requirements
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiency
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of team handling experience, preferably in NBFC, or BFSI sector
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis
- Leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
