As we scale, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function and take our business to the next level.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales of our residential property. This is a leadership role that requires deep experience in the housing sector, a strong network of channel partners, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of selling flats and plots in the Rajasthan or Alwar NCR market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
- Drive sales of residential flats, plots, and commercial units across all active Sagar Build projects
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management
- Handle end-to-end customer journey, from enquiry and site visit to booking, agreement, and possession
- Manage client negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing deals in coordination with the Director
- Track and follow up on all leads through CRM or manual pipeline management
Channel Partner & Broker Network
- Build, onboard, and manage a strong network of real estate brokers and channel partners in Alwar, Jaipur, and Delhi NCR
- Conduct regular broker meets, site visits, and incentive programs to drive channel-led sales
- Ensure timely brokerage payouts and maintain positive broker relationships
Team Management
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales executives and telecallers
- Set daily and weekly targets for the team and track performance with regular reviews
- Mentor junior team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling
Marketing & Customer Experience
- Coordinate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, hoardings, property exhibitions, and events
- Oversee site presentation standards — show flats, signage, and sales office setup
- Handle post-booking customer queries, coordinate with legal and accounts for agreement execution
- Manage customer escalations and ensure smooth handover at possession
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales MIS reports for the Director
- Provide market intelligence on competitor pricing, new project launches, and customer preferences
- Suggest promotional schemes, payment plan structures, and sales strategies based on market insights
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in the housing/residential sector
- Proven track record of selling flats, plots, or villas with demonstrated revenue achievement
- Prior experience in Rajasthan real estate market strongly preferred; Alwar, Jaipur, or Bhiwadi exposure is a plus
- Experience managing a sales team of at least 3–5 members
- Familiarity with RERA regulations, sale agreements, and property documentation processes
- Graduate in any discipline
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to build and sustain long-term customer and broker relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
- High integrity and ethical sales practices — representing the Sagar Build brand professionally
