- Build a strong supplier network for sofas, dining furniture, bedrooms, modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and customized products.
- Conduct factory evaluations before onboarding new vendors.
- Assess supplier capabilities, production capacity, quality standards, and financial stability.
- Develop alternate vendor sources to reduce dependency and improve competitiveness.
- Maintain an approved vendor database with periodic performance reviews.
2. Vendor Performance Management
- Monitor vendor KPIs including:
- Quality
- Cost competitiveness
- Delivery performance
- Service responsiveness
- Complaint resolution
- Production lead time
- Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews.
- Implement supplier improvement plans where required.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key manufacturers.
3. Quotation & BOQ Management
- Review customer requirements received from Sales and Design teams.
- Prepare detailed BOQs for customized furniture projects.
- Obtain competitive quotations from multiple vendors.
- Compare commercial proposals and recommend the best sourcing option.
- Ensure quotation accuracy with respect to:
- Specifications
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Hardware
- Finishes
- Accessories
- Finalize commercial negotiations before order confirmation.
4. Custom Furniture Order Management
- Coordinate customized furniture orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Prepare production specifications for vendors.
- Follow up with factories on production schedules.
- Monitor project timelines and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch planning.
- Ensure successful installation and project completion.

Develop and manage categories including:

Lead negotiations on:

8. Factory Visits & Vendor Audits
Conduct regular factory visits to evaluate:

13. Reporting & MIS
Prepare periodic reports on:
