Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions based on interior themes, space dimensions, and budget.
- Present product features, customisation options, and USPs of Luminarya lights confidently.
- Coordinate operations teams for client-specific requirements.
- Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Maintain client records, share quotations, and update sales pipeline in CRM tools or Excel.
- Collaborate with the installation and delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Participate in exhibitions, architect/designer meets, and client visits when needed.
