Role Overview
The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Room Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and corridors according to housekeeping standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are prepared for new arrivals and maintained for stayover guests.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in the rooms.
Public Area Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
- Ensure housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools are properly used and stored.
Guest Service
- Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra linens, toiletries, or room cleaning.
- Provide courteous and professional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Inventory & Supplies
- Ensure housekeeping carts are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report shortages or damage of linen and cleaning materials.
Safety & Hygiene
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Dispose of waste according to resort policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Hotel Management certificate preferred.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
