Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Blue collar Hiring; Housekeepers & Security Guards etc.
Source, screen, and select candidates for field positions.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, facilitate new hire orientation, and coordinate with other departments for their orientation.
Onboarding
Employee Relations
Handle employee queries, grievances, and feedback.
HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases.
Training and Development
Conduct training sessions, ensure completion of mandatory training within specified timelines, and maintain updated documentation.
Audits
Data Management
Desired Skills & Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in bulk hiring, bule collar hiring, HR operations or preferably in a field or operational role.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and build strong relationships.
