Position: MEP Engineer
Department: MEP Execution
Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced MEP Execution Engineer with a strong background in executing large scale projects such as townships, malls or similar developments and also in Residential Highrise projects.
Location :
Karjat (5-7 years of experience in large scale projects like Hotels, Malls, Townships ) - experience in Plumbing and HVAC is must
Kharghar ( 4- 6 years of experience in Residential Highrise projects.)
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end MEP services execution on-site, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- ·Review architectural and MEP drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and coordination
- ·Perform quantity take-offs and surveys based on drawings for project planning and procurement
- Conduct quality checks for MEP installations (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.)
- ·Verify vendor/contractor bills related to MEP work
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
