Job Title: Senior Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar / Sector 19)
Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Insurance Sales Executive with strong experience in Motor Insurance or Health Insurance, particularly in customer retention and policy servicing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a proven track record in insurance sales/retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle motor and/or health insurance sales & renewals
- Manage existing customer portfolio for retention and upselling
- Assist customers with policy queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims support
- Generate leads through calling, references, and internal databases
- Achieve monthly sales and retention targets
- Coordinate with insurance partners for policy issuance and servicing
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of motor insurance / health insurance products
- Experience in retention, renewals, or inside sales
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance (Motor/Health preferred)
- Prior experience in insurance retention / telesales / customer servicing will be an advantage
