What do we need? (Requirements):
- Manage showroom retail accounting functions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Sales Accounting
- Oversee collection of sales and perform reconciliation across multiple bank accounts
- Ensure GST compliance for showroom operations Guide and advise cashier teams on proper sales accounting, including POS and Sales Order (SO) based invoicing in ERP systems
- Handle Accounts Payable effectively, ensuring timely payments to avoid missing cashback, sell out offers, and schemes
- Manage multiple schemes offers in coordination with relevant stakeholders and ensure accurate accounting as per GAAP and accounting standards
- Lead and manage the retail accounts team to ensure smooth functioning Collaborate closely with showroom operations managers and the sourcing department for timely payment management and daily coordination
- Coordinate with multiple brands for ledger reconciliation, debit note accounting, and monthly closure of books after reconciling Statements of Account (SOA)
- Report to the DGM – Finance & Accounts at the corporate office
- Act as a team leader, driving the team to achieve goals set by the Head of Department (HOD) and management
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
