Position: Talent Advisor
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Advisor to support the placement of bench consultants across the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors while building strong professional relationships and generating placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors across the US.
- Identify suitable job requirements that match consultant skills and experience.
- Submit consultant profiles to potential clients and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on submissions.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with recruiters, account managers, and hiring managers.
- Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, and internal databases.
- Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and client requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and staffing processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, Recruitment, or Business Development is preferred.
