About the Role
We are hiring a Social Media Growth Executive / Intern to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. This is a hands-on execution role, not a content posting-only job.
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (and others if required)
- Plan and execute daily/weekly content
- Research trends, viral formats, and competitor activity
- Create hooks, captions, hashtags, and content ideas
- Work on reels/shorts strategy and growth experiments
- Track analytics and improve reach & engagement
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Engage with audience and build community
Skills Required
- Social media understanding (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
- Knowledge of trends, reels, and content formats
- Basic understanding of analytics & growth metrics
- Content planning & scheduling tools
- Strong execution mindset
