- Good Technical knowledge and Hands on experience of CommVault backup and recovery management solutions.
- Manage/Test/Configure new backup landscape for CommVault on various operating systems platforms (Windows/Linux/Unix).
- Audit various backup environments from time to time and ensure integrity of backup and recovery setups and activities.
- Document and implement changes to technical standards as and when required. · Ensure Optimum Performance of Backup architecture.
- Capacity planning for global backup system with the help of historical data which includes analysis and suggestions for improvement.
- Good proficiency in using CommVault backup and good understanding of its best practices.
- Backup and restore/rebuilding of CommVault Databases and storage pools.
- Experience in configuring and working on Cloud Libraries (AWS/Azure)
- Should have in-depth and working experience of Database backups (SQL, Oracle, RAC, MySQL) , VMware, NDMP etc. agent based backups and restore.
