Job Summary:
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for overseeing the overall administrative operations of the hospital. This role ensures efficient functioning of all non-clinical departments, supports strategic planning, and maintains high standards of operational excellence, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hospital administrative operations including front office, housekeeping, billing, and support services
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems for smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies
- Coordinate with medical, HR, finance, and marketing departments for integrated operations
- Monitor hospital performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control
- Manage vendor relationships, facility management, and procurement processes
- Supervise administrative staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure proper training
- Handle patient grievances and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality
- Support strategic planning and execution of hospital growth initiatives
- Ensure proper maintenance of hospital infrastructure and safety standards

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), Doctor of Studies , or related field
- Minimum 5–12 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations
- Prior leadership experience in a multi-specialty hospital preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
Compensation:
As per industry standards and based on experience
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
