Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives.
- Maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-up.
- Explain vehicle features, offers, and finance options (basic level).
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
- Send service reminders, promotional offers, and event invitations.
- Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely documentation and record maintenance.
- Support sales campaigns and showroom events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
