ABOUT ROLE:
Metadata is looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresh graduates to join our Power Platform team as Technical Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career by working on enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for clients across the Middle East, India, and the USA. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and trained to build real-world CRM and business applications.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
You are the right fit if you have: A genuine passion for programming, computers, and emerging technologies including AI and Copilot technologies.
- Working knowledge of any programming language such as C#, Java, C, or C++.
- Familiarity with HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel onsite as and when required.
- Eagerness and commitment to learn Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Awareness of or interest in Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform AI features.
- A GitHub profile, personal projects, or portfolio that demonstrates initiative and hands-on work (open source contributions are a plus).
- A team-player mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving attitude with a proactive and self-driven approach.
- The ability to understand and gradually take ownership of enterprise-level solutions and business need
GOOD TO HAVE
C# knowledge (added advantage).
- AI certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent (added advantage).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools beyond core apps.
- Exposure to any CRM or ERP platform. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Graduates or Postgraduates: BCA, BSc, B.Tech, MCA, MSc CS, or MSc IT.
