The DSA Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to achieve sales targets for various financial products, primarily focusing on loans (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans). This role involves recruiting, training, motivating, and performance managing DSAs, as well as building strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of direct selling models.
- Develop and execute strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to DSAs on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service best practices.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the DSA team and individual agents, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Monitor and analyze DSA performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions and motivational programs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with various financial institutions, banks, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and maximize lead conversion.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification to application submission and disbursement, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all sales activities and DSA operations comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, product gaps, and market trends.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Handle escalated customer queries or complaints related to DSA activities, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork, ethical conduct, and continuous professional development among DSAs.
