We are looking for a dedicated Akshaya / CSC Support Staff with experience working in a Janasevana Kendram. The ideal candidate should be familiar with government citizen services, online application processing, document verification, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with government and digital services.
- Process online applications and registrations.
- Handle document verification and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Janasevana Kendram, Akshaya Centre, or CSC.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of online government portals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
