We are looking for energetic and dedicated ITI candidates to join our Production Team as Trainees. Selected candidates will undergo practical training in production operations, machine handling, quality processes, and workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities
- Support machine operators and supervisors
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and discipline
- Ensure proper handling of materials and components
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Learn production procedures during the training period
Skills Required
- Basic technical knowledge from ITI training (Any Trade)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Discipline and punctuality
- Teamwork and communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
