As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls. Your role is to ensure smooth communication, quick resolutions, and a positive customer experience from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and calls
Assist customers with orders, tracking, customization requests, and delivery concerns
Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution
Maintain polite, professional, and empathetic communication
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining brand tone
Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Help improve customer experience through feedback and insights
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good written communication and typing speed
Basic understanding of ecommerce and online orders
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented mindset
Prior customer support experience is a plus

Familiarity with Shopify, Excel, or customer support tools is a bonus
