Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Junior AR Calling Executives. The role involves supporting accounts receivable follow-ups, insurance claims, and payment-related activities for US Healthcare / Medical Billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on insurance claims and outstanding payments.
- Handle claim status and payment-related queries.
- Assist with denied, rejected, and pending claims.
- Verify claim status, eligibility, and insurance details.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Learn and follow US healthcare billing and AR processes.
Required Skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare / Medical Billing is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn AR Calling and insurance processes.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology is an advantage.
