Candidate Express is looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit Nurses, Doctors, Healthcare Staff, Nursing Faculty, and Paramedical Professionals.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Use job portals, social media, databases, and references to identify quality candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate with healthcare institutions, hospitals, and colleges regarding hiring requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
Bengali, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
